Gewi powers smart work zone warnings

The main cause for work zone crashes is drivers being unaware of the approaching hazard. An off-the-shelf solution is now available and is being demonstrated here, at ITS America Detroit, by Gewi, Here Technologies and iCone. NHTSA: Improve safety - but don't stifle innovation

Swarco VMS to introduce smart parking in Taunton

Swarco Traffic will supply Variable Message Signs (VMS) to improve parking and ease congestion for those visiting the UK town of Taunton in Somerset. Pod Point chosen to charge JLR’s I-Pace and PHEV range

UK- based company Pod Point can now install electric vehicle chargers at retailers and drivers’ homes for Jaguar Land Rover’s (JLR’s) full battery electric I-Pace and plug-in hybrid vehicles. RTS upgrades New York bus fleet with Conduent technology

New York’s Regional Transit Service (RTS) will upgrade onboard the hardware and software of 214 buses with technology from Conduent Transportation over the spring and summer. A third of Brits willing to pay more to purchase electric cars

Over a third of the British public would be willing to pay more for a fully electric car than a petrol or diesel vehicle, said Baringa Partners.
