Visitors can learn how important high quality road markings are for the upcoming age of automated driving. Of course, preformed thermoplastic markings, cycle path markings, airport markings, and structured road markings with high visibility on rainy nights will also be on display. And Swarco will again welcome Coateq, its Dutch representative for road markings, on its stand.
Swarco will take visitors on a journey addressing the urban, interurban, parking, and public transport mobility aspects with the latest ITS technologies. A central element on its ITS stand will be the GoGreen Virtual Reality Experience. Try the VR goggles and experience how Swarco empowers cities in reaching their ambitious climate goals and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Take a deep dive into the Swarco Meta-City with the company’s holistic solution competence, condensed in the latest release of its MyCity urban mobility management suite.
Swarco will highlight how to better manage parking space and increase the safety of vulnerable road users. Traffic planning and consulting expertise will be contributed by German colleagues from Schlothauer & Wauer who will present the latest release of Lisa, their market leading traffic engineering software. Smart LED traffic lights, top class variable message sign technology and the latest developments of the Intelligent Traffic Controller can be experienced as well. Swarco will explain to visitors its progress made in solutions for Cooperative, Connected, Automated Mobility (CCAM), and will showcase the Swarco MyHighway / MyTunnel solution helping road operators to better manage interurban traffic scenarios.
And finally, what would Intertraffic be without the welcoming atmosphere and legendary hospitality on the Swarco stands? Mark Wednesday, 17 April, 5 pm in your calendar to enjoy some relaxing moments with typical Austrian refreshments at the Swarco After Show Reception.
