The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) has awarded a contract to DESIGNA Access Corporation to install new vehicular parking and access control systems at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Stewart International Airport. This contract is in excess of US$70 million and will use Designa’s Abacus technology which has been installed at numerous international airports.

Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, US is now benefiting from a state-of-the-art Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) from Designa, installed by Next Gen Parking as part of a redevelopment of airport facilities. It integrates automated entry lanes, dual-use exit lanes, licence plate recognition and commend VoIP intercom.
