Submissions to speak at the ITS World Congress 2025 conference programme are now open: the call for contributions runs until December this year. Prospective speakers will be notified in April 2025, with final papers due in May 2025.

90-minute, tailor-made sessions providing the opportunity to focus on specific topics of interest.
Strategic Technology Sessions
90-minute, interactive sessions focused on emerging technologies that are important in the ITS industry.
Technical and Research Papers
If accepted, papers will be grouped with 4-5 similar-topic papers to form a 90-minute session.

Within each of these themes, content will touch on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, equity, data, building blocks for innovative and integrated solutions, and more.
