Image Sensing Systems (ISS) has announced the appointment of Geoffrey Davis has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Fisher replaces Melissa Fisher who has resigned as a director for personal reasons.

Announcing the appointment, Andrew Berger, ISS executive chairman thanked Melissa Fisher for her contribution to the company, saying she was instrumental in positioning ISS for growth in the years ahead.
He commented that Fisher’s breadth of experience would be valuable as ISS continues to build sustainable revenue and profitability.
