Stuer-Egghe has launched the Jumini, a new kind of truck mounted attenuator (TMA). The device has been developed exclusively for local and city roads with a maximum speed of 50km/h. It offers protection for workers in the event of a crash. According to the company, the main benefit of the Jumini is that it is designed to be mounted on a light commercial vehicle, providing versatility and cost savings for contractors.
In addition to the Jumini, Stuer-Egghe, which has decades of experience in mobile signalling and safety equipment, is also showing its established TMA range. The company says it was the first manufacturer of truck mounted attenuators to comply with CEN/TS guidelines.
