Qualcomm connects with communication solutions

The company is also participating in various special interest sessions and workshops throughout the week. Senior directors of the company will be involved including Ralf Weber, Riccardo Calabro, Juliana Koza, Sidharth Franco Agarwaal, and Jim Misener, senior director of product management and global V2X ecosystem lead who was one of the speakers at yesterday’s Plenary.

The focus will be on the critical role of heterogeneous and ubiquitous communication in achieving fully connected transport systems. Qualcomm Technologies will demonstrate how different communication solutions can work together to create value for travellers, goods, and infrastructure owners and operators.

Key topics of the company’s numerous presentations will include resilient communication systems, particularly for wide-area emergency responses and ensuring reliable coverage. The company will also explore ways to enhance the safety of vulnerable road users (VRUs) through improved communication and discuss integrating communications to support cooperative, connected, and automated mobility (CCAM).

Furthermore, Qualcomm Technologies will examine how AI can transform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) by generating training data and modelling real-world communication scenarios. Check out the programme for further information.
