Here at Intertraffic the market leader for mobility software is presenting its latest solutions for analysing, evaluating, and visualising data and its state-of-the-art tools for shaping and operating sustainable, safe, and efficient mobility.
Visitors to PTV Group’s stand will discover how next-generation traffic management helps to improve traffic flow and capacity, and thus increase road safety and reduce emissions.
Future-oriented cities like Taichung, Vienna, or Rome already rely on PTV’s real-time solution which combines innovative machine learning techniques with proven dynamic traffic modelling. Thanks to this combination, PTV Optima enables operators to manage the entire traffic network and make reliable traffic forecasts up to 60 minutes in advance. Real-time traffic management will also be the topic of PTV’s solution presentation within the summit programme today (Wednesday) at 12:30pm in Summit Theatre 2.
Another highlight at PTV’s stand includes the group's cooperation with Bosch for better air in cities. By integrating precise emissions data from Bosch into PTV Vissim, the traffic simulation tool, the effects of planned traffic measures on ve-hicle emissions can be evaluated easily.
Eric Lindzus, product owner, air quality solutions at Bosch, and Jochen Lohmiller, principal product manager for Micro Simulation Mobility at PTV, will present the tool in a product demonstration today at 3:00pm and tomorrow, Thursday, at 11:00am at the PTV stand.
Moreover, PTV Group will be focusing on the topic of multimodal traffic planning and EV charging infrastructure planning. Software solutions help to plan charging points in line with demand while taking power grid capacities into account.
