UK-based AMG Systems is branching out, making its network and fibre optic transmission solutions available to customers throughout North America.
The fibre optic, copper and wireless video and data transmission equipment is aimed at the intelligent transportation market
Its Ethernet products include managed switches, fibre optic media converters, copper Ethernet distance-extending and wireless Ethernet products.
Established in 1993, AMG has focused previously on Europe and the Middle East.
“The US market holds great potential, and we believe there is currently a void in the market for the products AMG offers," said Steve Clarke, MD of AMG Systems.
Clarke, the former MD of ComNet Europe, explains: "We plan to establish a US footprint with offices and product warehousing coming very soon, but we believe with our large inventory, we can deliver AMG products anywhere in the world quickly.”
