The next USDOT connected vehicle pilot deployment program webinar, Communications and role of DSRC, will take place on 19 September at 1100-1200 EST. The program seeks to combine connected vehicle and mobile device technologies in innovative and cost-effective ways. Ultimately, this program will improve traveller mobility and system productivity while reducing environmental impacts and enhancing safety. Siemens has won an order worth more than £656,000 to supply more than 50 Sitraffic Sicore automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras to the city of Bydgoszcz, Poland.
